Backtagging: YES PLEASE. As long as you're willing to keep it up, I'm willing too. A-Admittedly I'm a little slow to tag sometimes myself, but if the interest is there, I can go for months on one thread.
Threadhopping: As long as nothing important looks like it's being interrupted, I'm fine with this.
Fourthwalling: If your character has played the game, I am perfectly okay with your character telling Kurow that they know who he is. He probably won't think too much of it, really - of course he's that awesome that his story would have been spread around. Just if you could avoid telling him explicitly that he's fictional, I'd appreciate it. Spoilers for the rest of his life... don't really apply to him, since he's from post-game and all.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm generally okay with a lot. The only thing I can think of that I'd like to avoid entirely is anything sexual. (He's mentally twelve at most, people!)

Hugging this character: Sure!
Kissing this character: Sure! He'll especially like it if you're a pretty girl.
Flirting with this character: He dabbles in it himself, so sure.
Fighting with this character: Please ask directly first, whether it's character-to-character or a Pokémon battle or whatever. He's pretty damn good with a double-bladed laser sword, or similarly-shaped things like light staves or the like.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Light scratches and pushing over and stuff are generally okay, but anything that would do anything lasting (ex. broken bones, heavy bleeding, concussions) please ask me first.
Killing this character: Not unless you have an incredibly good reason. Besides, this is Pokémon.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Supposing you actually have that power (again, this is Pokémon), anything I write down in narration and stuff is fair game. Anything deeper than that, feel free to ask and I will give you what I feel comfortable letting you have. This applies to any of his Pokémon, too.
